The Development Services Department provides free Project Coordination Services to customers submitting large-scale or complex development projects for review. Our Project Coordinators (PC's) work with the customer's development team to reduce potential roadblocks and keep the project timeline intact.
Having someone on the inside to help you navigate the plan review process is extremely beneficial. The first point of contact during the early stages of a project should be a PC as they provide assistance with:
- establishing a timeline for the project;
- mapping out a review path that makes sense; and
- providing insight as to what issues may lie ahead
The goal is for the project to seamlessly advance through the review process. Once a project is assigned to a PC, customers may make contact at any time to discuss issues of concern. The PC coordinates meetings with review staff and works diligently to address issues and concerns as they arise.
