Raleigh ED&I was a sponsor and participant in the Hiring Well, Doing Good conference in December. The event was focused on the inclusion of untapped talent pipelines, including veterans, ex-offenders, and people with disabilities, among others. Employers shared success stories in finding talent that others have overlooked, the challenges of hiring and retaining talent, and the role community organizations and government incentives can play in mitigating costs and risks involved in hiring from these talent pools.
